Voigtländer Nokton 40mm F1.2 Apsh. VM
Fast, aspherical standard lens
The optical construction corresponds to the E-mount lens of the same name, but here it is with a VM mount. It contains two aspherical lens elements and thus ensures reliable optical performance and a soft bokeh at maximum aperture. The transfer to an optical viewfinder with distance setting is ensured by means of a focusing coupling up to a close-up limit of approximately 70 cm (depending on the camera); generally, focusing is possible up to 50 cm (e.g. with cameras with a live view function).
Despite the high light intensity of F 1.2, the lens has a very compact design and weighs only 315 grams. This makes it wonderfully easy to handle.
