Jan Frodeno is the best triathlete in the world. He has won everything there is to win in the world of triathlon - he is an Olympic champion, a three-time Ironman Hawaii, and has set brilliant world records. For seven years, photographer Tino Pohlmann accompanied the exceptional athlete in his most important races. He photographed Frodeno's victories, defeats and comebacks - and in 2023 his departure from professional sport.
