A very powerful tripod. Robust of course, it can also be described as light (weight 1,950 g) given its strength (load capacity 15 kg). The ball head included in the set is also designed for a load of 15 kg and weighs 540 g. Carrying large cameras with long lenses is the specialty of this ideal combination of the Ranger LS-324C tripod and the LH-40 ball head. The Ranger LS-324C is also "expandable". Thanks to its "Easylink" coupling, an optional accessory arm can be attached quickly and easily to carry a separate monitor, for example. The tripod packs down to 580 mm, and the maximum working height without the separately included center column, but with the head, is 1,390 mm.

The LH-40 ball head has a load capacity of 20 kilograms . This is achieved by the large ball diameter of 40 millimeters, which was manufactured with a tolerance of 0.01 millimeters. This means that the ball head can easily move even large masses and clamp them securely. The ball head itself weighs just 491 grams.

The base diameter of the ball head is 57 millimeters and its height is 87 millimeters. It is connected to the tripod via a 3/8-inch photo thread.
