The Wings of God tripods combine the special mounting platform (spider) of the Mr.Q series with the waterproof twist locks and corrosion-resistant feet of the Poseidon tripods.

They are the best of both worlds: tripods, ideal for outdoor use, where it really hurts!

From O to Q: While most tripods have a ring-shaped mount for the tripod head, the mount on the Mr.Q and Wings of God tripods is Q-shaped. Instead of a clamping bolt, the clamping is done evenly across the entire opening using a lever. This allows for gentler clamping with precise centering and a quick change of the tripod head.

The center column can be removed:

• Use the tripod with center column for convenient and quick height adjustment.
• Use the tripod without a center column for more stability.
• The center column can also be mounted upside down for unusual shooting situations.

The center column can be assembled or disassembled in just a few seconds without any tools!

Choose the appropriate tripod feet depending on the surface. The tripod is supplied with rubber feet, but these can easily be replaced with the spikes included in delivery. The spikes are made of rust-proof stainless steel .

The LH-40R ball head has a load capacity of 20 kilograms . This is achieved by the large ball diameter of 40 millimeters, which was manufactured with a tolerance of 0.01 millimeters. This means that the ball head can easily move even large masses and clamp them securely. The ball head itself weighs just 540 grams.

The base diameter of the ball head is 57 millimeters and it is connected to the tripod via a 3/8 inch photo thread.

Other special features:

• The ball head can be rotated 360° at its base and at the clamp.
• The clamp is released using a large ergonomic rotary knob.
• The clamping resistance can be adjusted variably.
• There are two recesses available for panning up to 90°.

The ball head is equipped with an Arca-Swiss standard clamp and a quick release plate .

The beautiful carrying bag is water-repellent and has padded handles. The handles are positioned so that the center of gravity is under the handles.

The carrying bag is equipped with an adjustable shoulder strap .
