Bertram Solcher (DGPh) has been taking professional photographs for newspapers, magazines and companies for almost 25 years. He was the chairman of the professional photographers' association Freelens for many years and has been on dozens of portfolio viewings and jury meetings. He has turned his hobby into a profession and yet kept it a hobby. The Leica M system has accompanied him on his journey for almost 40 years. The cameras have sometimes driven him mad - but have always left him with a deep sense of satisfaction.
