The CineStill 50D is currently the finest grain color negative film in the world. It also has an excellent exposure latitude. The CineStill 50D is based on the Kodak Vision3 50D cinema film (camera film / cine film). However, CineStill has developed and patented a process with which the Remjet back coating can be removed from Kodak cine films. This means that the film can be developed in any large laboratory, specialist laboratory, minilab or at home using the C-41 process.
